An art installation made from plastiglomerates found on Costa Rican beaches, created by 5 Minute Beach Cleanup and Design Lab by Esteban Salazar, with the support of Esencial Costa Rica and the Costa Rica Tourism Board (ICT). More than 200,000 people have seen it in Europe.

It started with five minutes
5 Minute Beach Cleanup began in Costa Rica in 2016 as a simple idea shared on Instagram: if everyone gives five minutes, our beaches can change. It grew into a global movement and a foundation that brings together education, community action and art to confront plastic pollution.
